Chase Health Advance financing has affordable payment plans for the dental and orthodontic care you need. We offer 12, 18, & 24 month interest free plans as well as 24, 36, and 48 month extended payment plans depending on the transaction amounts and your personal treatment plan.



For those families fortunate enough to have dental insurance, we submit most claims electronically. We accept all insurance (as long as your plan allows you to choose your own provider). Reimbursements are made according to individual plan, patient is responsible for balance.
